     TRACT 1 consists of a dryland quarter 4 miles north of Brewster on the blacktop. It is currently ½ in wheat and ½ in wheat stubble that is ready for a spring crop.

     TRACT 2 is 320 acres of irrigation with two pivots and one well with underground to both pivots.
