This is a ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY to buy quality farmland with excellent water on almost all of the irrigated tracts. The irrigation equipment includes late model sprinklers with good motors in working condition on natural gas.

     This irrigated land has been sprayed in order for the Buyers to take immediate possession after the auction to plant 2024 spring crops. The chemicals used and the cost incurred will be available prior to auction with the Buyers covering all of these expenses. All wells have been test pumped (well results available on the back of the sale bill).

     Tract 9 consists of two large buildings, with all of the amenities to run a large farming operation.
