     This farm has been operated by the family for many, many years. We are offering it in 4 tracts to better accommodate the Buyers.

     TRACT 1 is all pasture with oil production (see chart above), one injection well, one windmill for water and one solar well that will all sell with the property. The access is good off of Road “C”.

     TRACT 2 is 3 quarters with cropland, expired CRP and pasture with a beautiful creekbottom that runs through the land. There is also oil production on this tract (see chart above) and one injection well that both sell with the land.

     TRACT 3 is similar to the previous tract with the creek running from north to south through the pasture. This tract offers an EXCELLENT pond, live creek water and plenty of deer make their home here. There is alfalfa planted along the creekbottom.

     TRACT 4 is all cropland with 80 acres of growing wheat on the property. There is no oil production on Tracts 3 & 4, but the mineral rights are included.
