       The wheat stubble has been sprayed and is clean of weeds. The wheat has been planted and all of the 2025 wheat crop will go to the Buyer. This land has had excellent care and is in great condition with good potential for crops next year without additional inputs. THIS LAND HAS VERY GOOD BASE ACRES AND OUTSTANDING YIELDS.

       TRACT 1 is 1/3^rd wheat, 1/3^rd wheat stubble and 1/3^rd corn stalks. TRACT 2 is wheat stubble ready for a spring crop. TRACT 3 is in corn stalks. And TRACT 4 is ½ in wheat and ½ in wheat stubble.
