     TRACT 1 is 80 acres in milo stalks with possession at closing.   TRACT 2 is a nice quarter located on Hwy 50 west of Lakin.  TRACT 3 is also a nice quarter that includes a producing gas well.

     TRACTS 2 and 3 are all in wheat with possession to the Buyers after the 2024 wheat harvest.
